Job Title: Freelance English Evaluator

Education: Graduates

Job Description

  • English Evaluators at MeritTrac will be the first point of contact for job applicants at BPO companies.
  • The evaluators will administer the Spoken English Test to the applicants.
  • The selection of these job applicants for the next level of selection process depends on their scores in the Spoken English Test. – EEs will interact with the HR/recruitment team at client companies.
  • Details of the role:
  1. To assess the English Skills of BPO job applicants
  2. Ensure standard and quality of assessments
  3. Client Interaction
  4. Candidates should be willing to travel and work on weekends

Desired

  • Excellent command over English language. Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally

Work Rules:

  • Work Timings – 10:00am to 8:00pm
  • Maximum of 8 hours (full day)
  • Required to work on weekends
  • Should work a minimum of 3 days a week
  • Local conveyance as per policy
  • Training will be provided training is mandatory
  • Evaluator should inform their non availability at least 3 days in advance
  • Evaluator would be required to travel within the city to support Face To Face events. (E.g. Job Fairs, Campus recruitment)
  • Evaluator maybe asked to travel to support outstation events
