Job Title: Trainee Process Associate

Education: B.SC(Computer),BCA

Desired

  • Require freshers with computers expertise.
  • Should be able to correspond independently, BPO, ITES, fresher, customer support, customer care.
  • Typing Speed > 35 wpm with more than 90% Accuracy.
  • Good command over written and spoken English a must.
  • BSc Computer Science / BCA Graduate are preferred.
  • Should have a neutral accent in English Language to report American clients and resolve issues related to project.
  • Should be comfortable working on MS-Excel & MS-Word.
  • Multi-tasking, should work towards deadlines.
  • Reliable & accountable, take pride in work, attentive to detail.
  • Occasionally willing to work extra hours to meet critical deliverable targets.
  • Good team player both within the team and organization.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Should be Flexible in rotational shift
