Education: Graduate

Job Description
The incumbent would be responsible for-

  • Conducting lessons
  • Assisting and directing activities in the Preschool
  • Focusing on developing speaking and communication skills
  • Encouraging creativity in children

Desired

  • A graduate with excellent communication skills with a fluent command in spoken English.
  • Experience in teaching in any Early Childhood Care Centre like a Montessori / Kindergarten / Play-School / Pre-School / Nursery
  • Freshers keen on making a career in Early Education with patience and love for teaching children between 2 and 5 years .
  • The ability to use clear communication techniques and to create a happy, caring and stimulating learning environment.
  • The ability to transmit enthusiasm and to foster children’s appetite for learning.
  • An imaginative approach, with highly developed creative and practical skills.
  • A sensitivity to the needs and feelings of young children, combined with the ability to establish a positive relationship with parents and other professionals.
  • A sound understanding of early childhood development and an awareness of problems that can interfere with normal development.
  • Energy, stamina and resourcefulness
