The candidate should be Graduate/Post Graduate/Diploma holder with maximum two-year’s experience in the insurance domain. Candidates with fluency in local languages in addition to Hindi and English will be preferred. Freshers having the right attitude and willing to make a career in the training domain are welcome.
Knowledge of insurance industry and products
Customer oriented with a flair for Customer Relationship Management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of MS Office
Implementing new initiatives to improve training standards
Providing Pre process training
Preparing PPT & Modules on Soft Skills, Banking & Insurance
Providing Training on IIFB & IRDA
Co-ordination with Clients & Manager
Functional Area : ITES, BPO, KPO, Customer Service, Operations
Location : Mumbai
