Job Description
Back Office Executive
- He/ She will be responsible for making & sending the quotations to different parties for different products selected or required by them.
- Accredited for regularly forwarding the stock & customer requisitions to the concerned department while keeping regular follow ups with the production & other departments for the execution of orders.
- To ensure timely service delivery as well as collections from the clients within the stipulated credit period while managing the distribution system of the company & maintaining smooth operations across the units.
- To ensure that the products given by the customers/ parties for repairs are executed on time. Strictly maintain Service Level Adherence and complaint management with good and timely coordination.
- To maintain records of goods sent to the parties to different locations.
- He/ She will be accountable for developing reports on the sales data provided by the Sales Managers from different locations while presenting the same to the Accounts Department for invoicing
Sales Executive (In House)
- To make database of Corporate clients all over india
- To make calls to companies & explain the HR/ Marketing manager about C4C (Card for a Cause) Concept
- If interested, send sample cards & donation schemes by e-mail or courier
- To co-ordinate with Client on Regular intervals regarding Order, payment, delivery, etc.
- To follow up with vendors
- To assist Accounts Dept. in preparing Quotations & other C4C related Work
Desired
Back Office Executive
- B. Com Graduate (Mandatory)
- Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal & written)
- Comfortable sitting late (Overtime will be given)
- Preferably from Western Suburbs (From Virar- Churchgate)
- Should be able to co-ordinate with International Customers & give then needed information about the product
- Well groomed personality
- Through knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Poerpoint, etc.
For Sales Executive:
- B. Com Graduate (Mandatory)
- Should be computer literate.
- Good Command over English, Hindi & Gujarathi.
- Knowledge of Graphic Designing will be an added advantage
- Should have Stamina to travel & enough knowledge of Mumbai territory
- One who likes to participate in Social Service Activities
