Job Description:
- MBA with one year experience / if fresh should be brilliant – who would be reporting to collection manager.
- Two reporting in a week to the Business Unit heads
- Participating in collection calls with Tele-caller to understand the customer issues
- Providing detailed analysis to the Business Unit owners based on the feedback obtained from the collection team on the receivables
- Provide expected collection details from the customer on weekly basis
- Customer account scrutiny observations to be provided on monthly basis to the accounts.
- Cash flow management
