Idea Cellular’s antecedents date back to 1995, when the Aditya Birla Group and AT&T (through Birla AT&T Communications – Maharashtra & Gujarat circle) and the Tata Group (through Tata Cellular – Andhra Pradesh circle) set up cellular networks. Job Description
Sales Focus
- Ensure achievement of sales targets for multiple Product categories.
- Planning, Organizing & Execution of Retail Promotion & dealers sales through primary & secondary targets.
Distribution Plan
- Develop & ensure implementation of the territory distribution plan.
- Ensure implementation of trade and consumer promotions.
- Ensure achievement of plan on various product categories and maintaining continuous availability & visibility.
- Ensure quality of market coverage at minimal cost.
Business Development
- Assist the distributor’s network to effectively manage their business operations to enhance productivity of resources.
- Ensuring unhindered stock availability to dealers by apt stock control measures and by ensuring adequate dealer funds to meet Working Capital requirements.
Resource Management
- Ensure optimization of Brand Input spends.
- constantly evaluate and ensure efficiencies of Distribution Costs.
- Training of sales team for enhancing their execution efficiency to drive the business growth
Experience: 1 – 7 Years
